RETURN POLICY

All sales are final and replacement of an item may not be possible due to the limited availability of merchandise. A great deal of care went into the packing and shipping of your purchase. If an item is damaged during shipping, please notify Raven Crystals by email raven@ravencrystals.com upon receipt of the order.  You must mail back the broken item(s) on the original package to file for insurance.  Failure to adhere to the requirements will VOID your claim for a replacement or refund.

Refunds, replacement or credits will be handled upon receipt of the damaged merchandise and most will be handled within 48 hours,  sometimes may require up to the maximum time allowed to file a claim by the Postal Office or UPS.  Refunds will not cover the shipping and packaging cost.

PAYMENT

 

We accept credit card, debit card  payments through PAYPAL gateway. Your invoice receipt will be e-mailed immediately to confirm your order.  If you have not received your invoice, please check or deactivate your SPAM Blocker......

 

PAY PAL accepts, Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, American Express & Echeck.  When using Echeck payment, product ordered will be shipped upon Pay Pal receipt notification of Echeck payment.

 

PAYMENT is accepted without  opening a PAY PAL account.   If you have a PayPal Account when ready to check out select PayPal Checkout Button to process payment.

 

Raven Crystals will accept Money Orders for payment.  You must place an incomplete Order to determine the product and the shipping courier chosen.  We will print the Incomplete Order as an Invoice and will mail the package when the Money Order is cashed or has cleared the bank.  Please send email direct to:   raven@ravencrystals.com for instructions, process and to RESERVE the item (s) chosen.

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER

Raven Crystals ships DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL via UPSP & UPS and require DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Please be sure someone is available to sign for delivery. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes as a signature will be required.   Any Return Merchandise due to NON-DELIVERY is subject to shipping cost reassessment.

For safety and security, Raven Crystals also requires insurance coverage and cost assessed according to shipping cost chart charges by Courier chosen. A minimum $4.00 packaging and handling is charge per invoice subject to total gram weight of merchandise.

 

The Website will calculate shipping cost and can PREVIEW prior to check out.
