A Dow Crystal has six faces of which the termination points alternate between triangles and seven sided faces - thus the 737373 configuration. It has been considered the perfect geometric balanced crystal.
Katrina Raphael has named this crystal in honor of Jane Ann Dow.This crystal is a variation of the Channeling Crystal - which has at least one face with 7 sides and opposite end is a triangle with three sides. The number seven represents intuition and spiritual connection, while the triangle represents grounding of this connection and the ability to express it - like the Pyramid grounds spiritual energy. |
