ATTRIBUTES: Actinolite is a phenomenal, metaphysical shielding device and expands the energy bodies especially when used in conjunction with Sheen Obsidian.  Actinolite expands the aura and crystallizes its edges, connecting to higher awareness, brings body/mind/spirit into balance.  The expansion of the energy bodies provides  for connection to "All that is" and facilitates the "brotherhood" of all.  It is an excellent aid to visualization, useful stone to use for blockages and dissolve personal resistance to your spiritual path and helps adjust to changes and traumas. 

HEALING: This mineral can facilitates and enhances unwanted conditions.  The Green Actinolite heals the heart and has the same effect as the Nephrite - Jade.  Black Actinolite wards off unwanted thoughts and produce a wearing away of unwanted conditions.  All colors can be used to strengthen basic conditions and/or decreasing unwanted conditions.  Actinolite in Quartz is useful if you have lost your way and need new direction, instilling a sense of right timing.
